"Nana Clare" is our mother, teacher, and inspiration. Everyone in the family has always loved her biscotti. Although we have added a few of our own touches, her "original" recipe remains our foundation.
Our biscotti are truly homemade and certainly like no other. Every batch is hand-mixed and rolled, making each of our biscotti's size and shape individual. Ours are also uniquely moist and firm, not rock hard. You can dunk them, as is the tradition, if you wish, but you don't have to dunk ours to enjoy them!
